Can someone explain these results as I wait to hear back from my doctor? Does this mean i have mono?

Nope- MD here- all that tells you is that you probably had mono in the past and developed antibodies (the IgG indicates immunity). If the IgM were positive, it would be more consistent with a current/ recent infection. The negative IgM means you probably don’t have mono
