Paranoid question …

Sorry if it’s stupid I’m just paranoid,

Does this mean I’m going to miscarry?

I had all the symptoms for weeks (& obviously a bunch of positive tests) — sore breasts, nausea—

All day today and they randomly just stopped a few minutes ago I’m currently 5w2d..

I only had a little bit of light cramping a few minutes ago and that just stopped as well .. no blood tho..

I just thought pregnancy symptoms last until 2nd trimester..

I’m just extra paranoid this time bc I had 3 miscarriages and my most recent one was 2 months ago 🥺🥺🥺 I really want this one to stick through 😩🤞🏼
