Please help I’m so scared

I got my period two and a half weeks early and it’s so heavy it’s starting to worry me. Me and my boyfriend have sex without condoms but he NEVER cums in me and I take my birth control at the same time every day. Plus my cramps are bad and I usually don’t cramp. Am I okay?????? I took a pregnancy text when the bleeding started and it was negative but it’s way to early to text for pregnancy cause I usually get my period at the end of the month.

I’m just worried because of how much I am bleeding.

Things to keep in mind:

- I’ve been on the same birth control for 3 years

- my period is usually regular and the same each month

- I was sick with bronchitis for a week

- I was kinda stressed this week cause of work
