I’m about 4 weeks pregnant with first baby and haven’t told anyone yet, not even my partner. I found out last Thursday and was getting use to the idea myself, I woke this morning to bleeding and cramps should I go to the doctors or leave it and see what happens? Is it too late to be implantation bleeding?
