Period came 2 weeks early?

A little background.. I got my first period in over three years in January. (I was pregnant with babies 18 months apart and breastfed both & still am breastfeeding my 14 month old so I never had a cycle in between). My period in January was normal and was 5 days and on the light side like it used to be before having kids. I got it again like clock work in February. March I got it 2 days late and it was 2 days longer than the other two months but nothing too out of the ordinary. Then, 14 days after I started bleeding again.. it was never more than a panty liner but it was for 8 days long and bright red, no clots. Now a few days after that stopping I’m cramping again. Has this happened to anyone? What did it turn out to be? At this point I’m 6 days away from what should be my normal period but I don’t even know if I should be expecting it or if I should count the other bleeding as my cycle and it just came 2 weeks early?
