Tips for getting baby to not spit up as much?

So my daughter is four months old and I switched her bottle nipple from a 2 to a 3 according to where she should be. Well it’s been 2 weeks and since doing that, with almost every feed she spits up a ton. It doesn’t matter how much we burp her.

I’m assuming it’s because it’s a faster flow but is there anything I can do to help her adjust to it? I feel like she’s barely getting fed because she throws up half of her bottle.
