Anyone know how to read charts?
Any insight on what is happening here. Ovulation doesnt seem to be confirmed... opinions? Still struggling to get my head around temping. I temp at half 7/8 am first thing after I wake. I am having difficulty staying asleep though so I dont know if that is what is causing the spikes but last months chart was perfectly fine and nothing has changed... TIA :)
