Sore throat that started after sex that has lasted 6 months

Hi I have had a sore throat for 6 months after unprotected sex, the sore throat started about a week after unprotected sex with a new partner he did oral sex on me. Have seen multiple doctors but haven’t found a solution yet. Have tested negative to strep and all the standard STDs. Have also been put on amoxicillin for a month and it slightly helped but not completely. Also have night sweats and fever when i exercise. I also have a red vulva that looks very similar in colour to my throat that won’t get better even though the doctors given me treatment so I think they might be related. Wondering if this could be a foreign bacteria in the my throat. Just wondering if anyone has experienced anything similar as I’m currently at a loss of what it could be
