I am a new Mom, my baby is 6 weeks old and breastfed. She poops with explosion sound every time, same goes while passing gas. Is it normal? Otherwise the poop is normal runny, yellow but sometimes very runny. She is feeding normally and is active. Does anybody else face this issue?
