Husband keeps putting off finishing college

I have a masters degree and am the main breadwinner for our family. When me and my husband met I was a senior in college and he was a freshman. The semester he would graduate with his associates he went through something that had to get the police involved at the university and it left him with severe PTSD. He dropped out and did say he eventually planned to go back. I was patient because he needed time to heal. He kept saying he would eventually go back home and one year lead to three and three to now eleven years and I don't think he's ever gonna go back to college. We discuss it recently and he said he's content with his life. He works as a behavioral health tech for autistic kids and I'm happy he loves his job, but I want to set an example for our kids about completing a degree and honestly always thought I would marry someone with a college degree. In the end I married him even after he dropped out so there was always a chance he wouldn't go back. I just figured all he needed was time to heal from his trauma.
