Hubby doesn't want any more kids

Okay so we said when we were done having kids I would get my tubes tied as my husband refuses to get the snip. Problem is I would like one more, hubby is sure he is done with the kids we have. I'm not sure I'm ready to have my tubes tied was hoping he would change his mind at some point in the future but my hubby is constantly bringing it up, saying I need to hurry up and get it done... He wants to arrange it ect. Not sure what to do as I've told him it's a bit thing and he's not really listening. Advice?
