Laparoscopy didn't ease pain

I've heard so much about laparoscopy easing up the endometriosis pains. It might have eased up for about a month, but I was healing from the laparoscopy during that time and dealing with a lot else so not even sure it truly eased up or just wasnt as noticible in my mind with everything else I was going through. The pain came right back after about a month. Sorry this is just a rant I guess. I've just been feeling so upset and frustrated. I'm in pain frequently at random times throughout my days, I sometimes get pain with intercourse, I deal with infertility and pregnancy loss, I'm just exhausted and angry. Why me, why this, why didn't the laparoscopy even help, why isn't this curable. If anyone has tips on what helps ease the pains or anything helpful or if you want to vent too, please drop in the comments.
