Doctor appointments who watches kids
I'm stay at home mom with 2 kids and do daycare from my home and I'm 13 weeks pregnant. I'm high risk and so is baby. Which means endless appointments. Most specialists won't allow me to bring my kids. I don't have grandparents help (elderly in 80s and can't/won't, my dad is deceased, my mom is paralyzed from chest down.) These appointments are so stressful and doctors are booked out for months and if there is an opening its due to being on wait lists short notices and basically have to take them. I am in hospitals, clinics, and labs 3 times a week it seems like. I'm calling in every favor with extended family and friends. My husband won't take off part days or longer lunches. He has the option. I'm getting so frustrated he says "we'll figure something out." Which means me and there isnt always another option. My daycare family is nice about it but canceling on them is getting hard too. I have to keep my job too we depend on it. I'm exhausted I'm so tired of my body. I am in constant stress and once I wish my husband would say don't stress I got the kids! Does your partner help when you have doctors appointments? How do you juggle appointments jobs and kids?
