Symptoms worse 2nd tri?

Anyone else’s fatigue and some other symptoms worse now? I’ll be 16w on Tuesday but damn has my fatigue never been worse, my excessive watery mouth and bad taste in my mouth is constant, and I puked for the first time this pregnancy at 14w 6d….. all my other pregnancies were better during the second tri. Even my first when I had HG I felt okay once I hit 15w I was just puking every meal or other meal. I’d rather that at this point because the bad taste in my mouth and the fatigue is HORRIBLE.
