Blackhead removal for inside ears

How does one get rid of blackheads in ear? Obviously I can’t remove them myself because I can’t see, and I’m really good about using soap and a good rag every morning in the shower to clean my ears but noted a few spots in the mirror the other day. I know I could always go to my dermatologist and have them extracted, it’s just more pride and embarrassment as it makes me feel gross.
