Twins?

I’ll start off by saying I haven’t talked to my doctor since my ultrasound and the tech was really fast and I feel like this could of been missed. Baby was measuring 2 weeks behind.

This was my first US. The far left looks like a yolk sac to me. ( I could be wrong I’m not an ultrasound tech. 😅) The baby that was measured is in the top right. The arrow is pointing towards a line (kinda) thing. It’s more noticeable in the second picture. I thought it looked like the top of a second sac maybe?

Here’s my more recent one 3 weeks later.

Anyone got any ideas? My doctor never saw the first scan because it was done at a free walk-in clinic and the second one should of been sent to him already. I haven’t heard anything back yet.

Edit: My main question is what is the line in the pictures?
