Ovulation medication & TTC

I have an appointment coming up soon to talk about ovulation meds. I have irregular periods since teenage years and have started taking provera to induce bleeding every 35 days. I know I don’t ovulate. I have tried OPKs and have never gotten a positive results. I have had multiple test done for thyroid, ovaries etc everything is normal. I have tried to get ovulation meds before and my weight has always been of concern. I have since lost about 30 pounds which is the very tip of the iceberg but a start. My question is, how do I approach this appointment. I want to know exactly what to say to ensure to get my medication. Also, which medication has worked the best for you?
