Help!

So my 14 year old daughter will be starting some college courses at the end of the summer and my dad said he will need the financial information from us. (She gets parent death benefits) and will be using that for college.

What is exactly needed? My dad wants me to print out the whole bank statement, but I never did that when I went to college 🤷‍♀️

Sorry update: We are not using financial aid.
