Numb during sex

I’ve never had a problem with sex until recently. It was like a light switch where everything went numb drown there during sex. Numb as in I feel what’s happening but no pleasure at all. My fiancé and I have been together for 2 years and there is still no problems to this day except for this. A few months ago my hormones were all out of wack so I currently am taking different hormone stabilizers. I also switched from the pill to an IUD. Not sure what’s going on but wanted to see what y’all thought!
