He gave me gonorrhoea

I’ve been having sex with this guy for 4 months (unprotected) and he’s the only one I’ve slept with in that whole time. I got tested the last time I had sex before I had sex with him and I know I hadn’t had sex 3 months before him. Early on he came to me unprovoked and said I was the only girl he was having sex with but it made me look at him funny because this was only 2 weeks in. Recently I’ve been having suspicions (he’s a DJ) and has taken a few girls home in front of me before. We had sex on 22nd april and i asked him if he had sex with anyone, he got VERY defensive. I got tested on 25th April anyways. We haven’t had sex again till 4th may and I got the results on 8th may (today) saying I had gonorrhoea. This confirms that he lied. I told him when I got the text and he says I should start thinking about telling the truth about having sex with someone else and that I didn’t get it from him. How do I even get the truth out of him and handle this situation? I’ve never had any issues until I met him
