Waiting on blood draw results 🥲

What’s the latest you’ve gotten a positive or has anyone not been able to get a positive test and only found out through blood draw? Need a little bit of hope I’m already a week late bfn on day 5 😔. My doctors had me go in for a blood draw yesterday and said it will be a few days before they know 😩 so far no cramping bleeding nothing kind of nausea at times then starving but nothing really screaming pregnant or period to me at this moment lol. Fingers crossed I hear good news 🤞🏻
