Simple trick for sciatic pain relief

Amy

Sciatic pains are shooting pains and cramps that happen behind the thighs.

I’ve had sciatic pains even before pregnancy if I walked or exercised for a long time. But with pregnancy, it worsened up to the point where I couldn’t even get out of a chair and this was only the first trimester.

But I accidentally found out a way to reduce it. I started wearing fluffy winter shoes at home (just because I was cold) and realised that my pain went away. We have hardwood floors so maybe walking barefoot was somehow affecting the sciatic pains. I tried not wearing them and saw the pains coming back.

So sharing this trick here for anyone that needs help with sciatic pain.
