I need help

I have Pcos me and my partner been trying to get pregnant for years. I went to the doctor they put me on birth control pills for 3-4 months I recently been off birth control pills for 1 month and when I got my period a week later my doctor put me on Clomid to try to conceive. Now I miss my period I’m 2 days late and my stomach keep getting these tiny sharp cramps nothing major, but my anus keep getting sharp pains out of the blue very uncomfortable, and I’m keep getting hungry but never feel full I don’t know if all this is all in my head but iam stress out. I hope I’m pregnant this cycle
