When did you stop working ?

Currently 34 weeks pregnant. I’m planning to work h til 10 days before my due date but I don’t know if I want to wait that long. When did you begin your maternity leave? This is my second pregnancy. I worked until 3 days before my due date with my daughter but want more time this time around.

Day before induction. I didn’t wanna waste my 6 weeks maternity leave before baby was born

Worked until the day my daughter was born. My husband actually picked me up from work when contractions started. This time I will work until 35.5 weeks, but that is only because I’m a teacher and our summer break starts after next week.

Annual leave at just before 37 weeks and maternity a few days before due date

I start 6 weeks of annual leave at 32 weeks then start maternity leave at 38 weeks, I’ve got monthly scans so if I need to induced early I’ll hopefully be prepared 🤣🤞🏼🤞🏼

I had a really physical job (cna in assisted living), so I lasted until 2 weeks before my daughter was born & 4 weeks before my son was born. If I could have waited longer, I would have, but my body just couldn’t do it.
