If weed is present in the home will kids be taken?

I myself dont do it. Asking bc my BD does.. i tell him plenty of times i dont want it in the house but he does it anyway @ Everyone: i tell him this but he just seems like an irresponsible Im really hard bc i dont smoke or drink so i have very little tolerance for it.
