Has anyone else felt this

I’m 11 weeks and 2 days. I’ve seen the twins on an ultrasound twice now. Everything was good minus having a hematoma over baby A, but a small one. I was driving yesterday and had a sharp pain in my right lower tummy, it went away within a couple mins and I didn’t feel anything after, I sat down after a busy day ( we had my oldest birthday yesterday ) I was standing and chasing my 1 year old around and picked her up a couple times. But when I got home I sat down and had that same sharp feeling that turned dull and didn’t go away until I laid down. It went away and so far hasn’t came back thankfully. I have an ultrasound tomorrow but terrified I’m getting bad news 😭 has anyone had this happen?
