Is it lighter? Is it normal to have tingle/cramp?

Is the first picture of the test lighter than the second picture test? The bottom test is 11dpo and the top test is 13dpo, I have had slight back pain and cramp in my sides and middle of my stomach is it normal? This is my 4th pregnancy the 3rd pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Idk if it I’m overthinking but my husband said 13dpo test is lighter than 11dpo test. And I have slight cramping in my back and sides and tingle feeling in my vagina. I still have symptoms I think but I just need advice. I haven’t called doctor yet I’m gonna wait till next week just to make sure the test stay positive. And see if the pain stops after next week.
