Provider? Lol

Me and my bf never have time for each other anymore because he works so much and he says it's because he's providing for me but that makes absolutely no sense to me because we don't live together and he doesn't pay for anything of mine. Dude takes me out on dates like once a month (if I'm lucky) and doesn't ever buy me anything so not sure how he came up with that one.

Fyi I did ask him how he's providing for me and he says it's because he's trying to buy us a house when I already told him I'm not ready to buy a house together because we've only been together 10 month's.. Last man I lived after only dating for a short time started abusing me and I'm just not comfortable buying a house with him.. That's a huge investment and I definitely don't want to be stuck in a mortgage with him if we split up.
