Malibu CPR
Question - if I had a brown toner put all over my hair - which was just natural hair with balayage, and I hate it, will doing a Malibu cpr treatment at a salon take it out? A salon I had a consultation with said they could do it but I’m nervous it’s going to make the situation worse. I have no other previous color underneath, it was just the bleach (balayage) on natural hair before they put the brown on. I hate the brown.
