Constipation

I don’t know what to do anymore… any time I’m on my period I get the worst constipation… it gets so uncomfortable.. I’ll end up sitting on the toilet for 30-40 mins because it only comes out little by little. I also think I have hemorrhoids but my doctor is worried that if she removes them that they will come back later when I have kids or during period. Idk what to do. Any suggestions would help. I’m tired of the uncomfortable feelings… 😢
