Am I pregnant??

I’m 19 about to be 20 and I’m on a 3 month birth control and whenever my mom started her period last month I started bleeding for a few days then stop and continue taking my birth control then this month she started and I started as well the week before my period so I spiked the period pills because I already had one. So I started a new pack and it hasn’t been acting right I have been spotting off and on, I have been tired ALL the time, wanted certain things to eat. Everything smells different even tasted different, but I am not having any throwing up or sore breasts, but they are tender.
