Inducing labor pros and cons

I am 39 weeks 1 day, not dilated, no mucus plug, no contractions, just uncomfortable. I would like to go naturally as both my children have been early and natural. This baby seems to be content and happy where she is. I see my doctor tomorrow and they said that they would discuss inducing when I reach 40 weeks if that was something I wanted to do. For all the mothers who have kids and are pregnant you all know that sometimes it can be a struggle because you’re in a vulnerable state and you have kids that need attending too, so I’m just honestly stressed out, I’ve had on and off high blood pressure and my heart rate has been fluctuating lately. I’ve been in the hospital twice and they still wouldn’t induce or anything and sent me on my way. I guess my questions are what are the pros and cons and is it worth it, or is it worth just continuing the pregnancy until the baby is ready? It’s actually kind of stressing me out (on top of other factors) but just want advice and opinions. Thank you!
