Excuses

So me and my bf have not been spending a lot of time together at all the last month and I told him I want to spend more time with him because it really is starting to bother me. He lives about 40 minutes from me and Is the only one with a vehicle right now (mine died) and he just makes the excuse that he can't afford to come this way all the time. I even offered to pay for his gas to come spend time with me.. He says he doesn't have gas but this past weekend he had the gas to travel 3 hours to visit his family and friends and then last night go to his step moms to help her change something on her vehicle.. Like wtf.. I'm starting to think he just doesn't care about spending time with me anymore. It's really starting to affect our relationship but when I say I think we should take a break he starts asking me why and says he loves me and blah blah blah. How can you say you love me but them not take action to actually spend any time with me anymore.. I love him so I feel conflicted on whether I should give him more time to hopefully change his actions or just break it off completely. It's such a mess for me to deal with honestly.. 😞

Just so everyone knows we only spend like a day together every week or 2 last month and we've been together almost a year. If he can't make time for me like he does everyone else that's a problem because I should be just as important as them.

To the lady who said my bf works a lot and I've posted this before my bf only works 3 days a week and I've never posted on here so I'm not who you're thinking of.
