I haven’t came in 3 months, Advice on my situation please!

It’s been 3 months since I last orgasmed. For background, I have been taking a bunch of hormonal meds prescribed by my doctor, and a side effect is that I’m crazy horny but another one is that I have trouble orgasming, not a great combo. This is okay, my issue is that my partner and I agreed a long time ago that we would do sexual things together and we love it like that. 3 Months ago, they told me that they don’t have a sex drive atm. (Not a problem I love them and sex is the last thing on my mind). Now it’s been 3 months and I feel like such a shitty person for saying this but I need to cum so bad. I talked about it with my partner and they don’t want to do anything sexual and they’re not comfortable with me getting myself off on my own. (My partner feels bad about it btw, it’s not like they’re being rude or anything). Out of respect for my partner, i’m staying abstinent. I just don’t really know how to find a middle ground with them and I’m really not sure what to do bc I don’t want to disrespect them! Advice?
