How to warm cold breast milk?

I have a bottle warmer but not sure what temp to warm breast milk that has been stored in the fridge? & moms who combo feed and mix the bottle do you warm the formula & breastmilk together ? Or add the cold breastmilk to warmed formula?

Whatever you do, don’t microwave breastmilk or put it in boiling water. 😬 it can’t be put in a microwave or boiled.

We used the microwave
Used only BM then mixed fed in the same bottle, still microwaved
People will say it creates hot spots, which it does, but if you swirl it around enough it evens out the temp
You can also give it straight from the fridge

bottle warmers aren’t recommended to heat up breast milk, it kills the “good stuff”, we just put the bottles in a cup of warm water

Honestly i heat water up in a cup & put the bottle in it the bottle warmer doesnt warm it up hardly at all!

I always just turned the hot water on in the sink and ran it over that. It was much quicker than warming up the warmer water and all that. Then it felt like the warmer scalded the outside and didn’t get to the inside much. Just my personal experience.
