Almost 6 yr old …

Is it normal for an almost 6 year old to turn into a trouble-causing terror when bored? If so, how on earth do you keep kiddos occupied all day? We have toys, chalk, tablets/tv, splash pad, a pet, books, coloring stuff, watercolor paints, puzzles, playdo, a sibling, we got to parks periodically, play dates with cousins, loads of fun stuff, but unless someone is doing something hands-on with him, he loses interest quickly in most activities. It’s a daily thing, the second boredom sets in, so does bad behavior and it kinda spirals from there. Advice? I cant be always doing kiddo activities. How do I navigate? Thanks
