Could you tell you were pregnant before the BFP just by a specific symptom because you had it in previous pregnancies? (It's the vivid dreams for me.)

First two I had no idea
This time I was suspicious because I had some bad cramps on 7 dpo and tested positive 2 days later

I had really bad insomnia a whole week leading up to me finding out. What caused me to test was my flipping out crying when my husband's grandma tried to hug me, lol. I cried even harder after bc I felt bad.

Not by specific symptoms but I had a feeling I was pregnant based on the patterns in my BBT. Mine typically dives at 10-11 DPO but it was still elevated at 13 DPO so I tested. ￼
