Pms or pregnancy

I know no one can tell me the answer for sure but would love to know what your symptoms where/are if you were in a similar position!

I am 9 months postpartum. Just had my first cycle at the end of May. My husband and I are very active and had sex several times during the predicted window, but at this time we are not tracking ovulation. My period is expected to show in about 6-8 days. However, I am having horrible symptoms.

Hot flashes, horribly painful nipples (still efb), low low milk supply (tried pumping - usually get a good output), diarrhea, headaches, extremely tired, a bit moodier than normal.. body oder is out of this world. I had that symptom with my last two pregnancies. This has been ongoing for about 3 days now.
