Membrane sweep

Hi, 37 weeks and got my cervix checked and they did a sweep today too.

I was told most who do the sweeps don’t make it to their due date.

I was curious to see for those who got a sweep/s done when did you go into labor?

Would also be curious to know if there was any reason some moms may have chosen to not get a membrane sweep done.

I’m a ftm and was asked if I wanted it done while they were checking my cervix but hadn’t really read into it before so am curious to know what everyone else’s experiences/choices were with getting a sweep done!
