Mom Guilt
Does anyone know any ways/strategies to help or reduce anxiety/stress towards your toddler? I know its not healthy for his development to see me angry however I feel I am constantly having to get on him about something and then later I feel bad with myself and have true mom guilt. I am with him 24/7 including when my husband doesnt work, however a person can only take so much after awhile. Maybe I am over reacting bcs I am almost 34 weeks pregnant? He is only 2. Anything helps. Thanks.
