Anyone work at a bank ?

I work at a bank. I find it to be very stressful.

It’s hard dealing with people’s bank accounts. It’s so easy to make mistakes and have a deposit go into someone else’s account or type a wrong number. I try to be careful and take my time, but I’ve made mistakes. My coworkers make mistakes as well. But the branch manager yells at us as if mistakes should never happen and we need to be perfect 100% of the time.

I think that’s too my pressure to expect me to always be perfect and make no mistakes. Especially when we are busy.

I am trying to find another job because I don’t think this one is for me 😞 it makes me feel like a failure. It’s great in other ways, like I love the hours, I love my pay, I love that I get all holidays off. I just can’t stand the job itself. Also, my coworkers and managers can very immature by gossiping all the time and be 2 faced with each other. It’s very unprofessional.

Any advice ???
