Would you follow your child on social media if ALL their content was was raunchy/NSFW

My son is about to be 21. He's an adult and can do whatever he wants. He has a TikTok that I don't follow because it's kind of him promoting adult things and talking about what he does for a living. But on his Facebook and Instagram he reposts those TikToks and it's just raunchy. For example he posted one today doing a trend and he said he was gonna go grow up and be a nurse. Then it changed to him shrugging in his pornhub shirt. You can probably guess what his job is and I love him to pieces but the things he posts on social media makes me want to vom.
