Having periods after 3 years on Kyleena IUD

So I got my iud in 2019 and bled for a few months straight. After that I didn’t have any bleeding for like 2 years straight. Then I had a random period and asked my gyno about it and she said that happens sometimes. I didn’t really have another period for a while after that other than a little spotting here and there. But the past 10 months I have been having heavy, long periods twice a month. I’m now almost 4 years into having it and am worried it may be wearing off. Has this happened to anyone else?
