Do you think some of these teen groups encourage pregnancy?

I don’t know how it even showed up on my timeline because I’m 27 and never joined this group, but I just saw a post under the “ttc under 20” group of a 15 year old girl share her positive pregnancy test talking about how she had been trying for EIGHT MONTHS. What the hell? The group is full of little girls trying to get pregnant and talking like grown ass women. Why is this allowed on here? Where are these little girls’ parents or parental figures? This is just sad.

It's their lives to live at the end of the day though. I don't condone it but won't condemn them over it. It's great they found a community for support and hopefully don't deal with judgment there. I've been in contact with some younger people going through pregnancy and have been a Doula for several. Yeah, they're young but they ask the same questions as their 30 something counterparts, they go to the same appointments, they develop their babies the same and birth just the same. Their support system may be more taxed in some instances but again, there are older parents to be in worse situations as well.
