Possible Preeclampsia

So I came into labor and delivery with an elevated bp of 140s/90s and I was dizzy and lightheaded. They kept me for 24 hours and ran a 24 hour urine and it came back at 459 with a cutoff of 300, so it’s elevated. Of course, I’ve been laid up the past 24 hours and my bps have gone down so they are discharging me with instructions to monitor at home and to come back in if it gets elevated again. My OB hasn’t called it preeclampsia yet but said it’s trending that way and diagnosed me with gestational hypertension so I’m nervous to go home because I have two kids and it’s nearly impossible for me to take it easy like they said. I’m 34 weeks trying to make it 37 weeks and am just wondering what the likelihood of that is?? I’m so nervous and if anyone has any experience or had something similar happen to them, I would love to hear it!
