20 weeks pregnant and had no clue...

I called my Dr this morning because I was running out of seizure medication, when she informed me that I couldn't get it because I was pregnant.... I thought she had some type of mix up. She said no the blood work is done a couple of months ago confirmed it... Apparently no one ever mentioned it to me... Only that I was very anemic. So I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point. This isn't my first pregnancy, yes I know the symptoms but the co-inside with the symptoms they've told me to look out for with my anemia, blood transfusions, iron, ECT .... I've bled irregularly for 3 years (even in my last pregnancy I had period like bleeding throughout) this is so strange. I'm happy but I would have never thought it... Has anyone else been through anything like this?
