How do you all keep going?

TTC #2 since March last year. Will be 39 in 2 months. Since March 2022 have had 4 early miscarriages and not managed to conceive since January 2023. I'm not sure how much i can take mentally any more and really feel like giving up. But then i feel pathetic cos there are people on here trying for over 5 years but i just would love to know how you cope mentally with the monthly dashing of hopes?
