Nervous about NIPT results

I got blood taken for my NIPT test last Monday (11 days ago). Last Thursday, my OB office told me I would get the results sometime this week. They called me on Monday to give me the results for my own blood work and said the results for baby would arrive NEXT week. I was like oh, last week I was told this week. She said that the lab is now saying next week. I have my 12 week ultrasound this upcoming Tuesday and am now having a (maybe) irrational fear that the results came back positive for something and they’re waiting to tell me in person. Are my pregnancy hormones just leading me down a dark rabbit hole or does anyone else think that it’s strange they changed when the results would be in?
