Hey mamas! Let's talk about ways to involve our partners in the beautiful journey of pregnancy. Did you have any special activities or rituals that allowed your partner to connect with the baby? Share your ideas and experiences on keeping them involved!

I would let him lay on my belly, ask him to rub it when baby is hurting me, I tell him every detail. He’s felt baby kick, his touch calms baby for what ever reason and he kisses my belly and plays the baby his favorite old schools. I just let him act like the kid is already here and we booked a gender reveal ultrasound together so we can be the first to know. My new doctor doesn’t allow guests and I wanted him to experience it with me we plan to book one every other month just so he can see baby grow for keepsake this our last baby.

My husband and i listen to baby’s heartbeat once every week. He also comes to drs appointments if he can!

My hubby loves to cook. He msde sure i had healthy yummy meals. Amd we always prayed together and he would hold my belly while we did that.
