I would like to know the most effective and easy-to-use ovulation tracking methods I can do at home. Please share your experience and recommendations.

track your cycle with opks to let you know when your about to ovulate and BBT to confirm ovulation to know when you ovulated, dpo, luteal phase length (is from the day after ovulation to period which stays the same each cycle give or take 1-2 days. Average length is 12-14 days give or take 1-2 days.) when period is coming by temp drop or if you miss your period and your temp stays up then there is a chance for pregnancy

Ovulation tests to predict your fertile window and bbt to confirm it. I've used this method to both get pregnant and to avoid pregnancy, once you get to know your body it will be easy. For the first few cycles you'll probably want to use ovulation tests at least once a day after your period ends, I recommend using the cheap test strips from Amazon. For bbt, you need a special basal body temperature thermometer, and I recommend taking your bbt vaginally instead of orally, especially if you're a mouth breather at night. If you get really dedicated to tracking your fertility, I absolutely love the tempdrop arm band bbt thermometer, but it's expensive. I've used mine for over a year and I wish I had bought it sooner, I don't have to wake up at the same time every day and getting up at night to take care of my baby doesn't affect the temperature reading.
